Description
The RDTIFS640 is a 1x red-dot sight with an integrated uncooled thermal imager. The shooter keeps a conventional red-dot reticle for daylight and close-quarters work, then switches on the infrared channel for full night capability — both from the same optic, with no re-zeroing and no separate night vision device.
This is the 640 × 512 version, the flagship option in the range and the longest detection and best recognition performance of the three. The infrared image is overlaid on the red-dot window, so your head position, cheek weld and zero never change between day and night.

Frequently Asked Questions
How does a thermal fusion sight differ from a thermal scope?
A fusion sight keeps the 1x red-dot window and overlays the thermal image on it, so you aim the same way day and night. A thermal scope replaces the optical view entirely with a magnified thermal image.
Is the red dot always on?
The red dot and the infrared channel are switched independently. You can run red-dot only for daylight and conserve the 10,000-hour runtime, then power the IR channel when light drops.
What is the detection range?
The RDTIFS640 uses a 19 mm infrared lens with a 9° × 6.7° field of view. Actual detection distance depends on target size, thermal contrast and atmospheric conditions. Contact us with your target specification and we will calculate the expected range.
Does the Type-C port charge the battery?
No. The Type-C port supplies external power only and does not charge the internal CR123A. It is intended for extended static use with a power bank.
What are the environmental ratings?
